I have always lived in Keighley, and right now I live in Utley. I am 14 years old and I go to Bingley Grammar School. In my spare time I enjoy sports and reading.
As a member of BKYP I will raise awareness of knife crime as well as the consequences of getting involved in it.
It’s important for young people to understand what real consequences of knife crime are as well as understand that it not only affects them, but the whole family and friends too. To do this I am going to produce posters and flyers as well as organise engaging sessions on knife crime in schools and youth clubs in my area.
I am the perfect person for this because I am a good communicator and I am very good at listening to people. I will hear what you have to say and help you and community become a better place.
