“Say no to vandalism, say yes to a happy community”

I go to Bingley Grammar School & I’ve lived in Harden nearly my whole life. I like to read and play sports.

Many communities do not live up to their full potential.  As a member of Youth Parliament I want to change this by tackling vandalism and replacing it with street art or positive graffiti.

In our communities, young people often have nothing to do and because of this cause vandalism and graffiti – I want to give young people something positive to do.  I hope to get tutors and artists to help by teaching young people to clean up their local areas and replace vandalism with art.

I would hold local events and activities to bring the community together in my campaign to stop vandalism and anti social behaviour.

I would also get in touch with the local neighbourhood watch and police to make sure that the finished project will be kept free from any future vandalism.

I believe I am the candidate you should choose because I am a good communicator and can interact well with others.  I have good ICT skills which can help me in designing flyers and posters for events in the local area.
