Hi, my name is Sam. I’m 16 years old and live in Wrose. I attend Hanson School and like football and rugby. I am also a volunteer at Highcroft Youth Centre.
I would like to improve my area for teenagers because at the moment there is nothing for teenagers to do. The closest youth club is at least 15 minutes away and the local park is only suitable for younger children. Teenagers that hang about in the park are seen as causing trouble and being in the way. I want to put in a multi games area in Wrose that are specifically designed for teenagers. I think this will get more young people “off the streets” and also get more young people outside enjoying their area. Also this will change people’s opinions of teenagers being in the way. They will see us in a positive way.
You should vote for me because I am friendly and confident. I know I can make Wrose a better place.
